Spent the morning getting ready for our Seder. We have 18 people- lucky Chai!
Made tzimess, matzo farffel stuffing, roasted cauliflower, chicken soup plus matzo balls, chocolate covered matzo with almonds on top.
Still have to make the brisket, harossett (Askenazi & sephardi style), horseradish & trimming.
Lots of work but lots of fun too, especially when we’re feeding loved ones. happy Passover!
