Tolerance Garden How can we teach kids to be tolerant and to build a future of love and hope? Lisa Liss, an incredible teacher at Woodlake Elementary School is Sacramento, CA. took a creative direction to reach this goal. Together with her amazing students, Lisa created a Tolerance Garden, just outside of her classroom. There is a mural on Ann Frank, a step stone walk with loving messages of peace and tolerance, murals depicting images and messages about diversity and thriving plants. If you’re ever in Sacramento, don’t miss this!
